The Mummy, The Mummy Returns and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor have all been released on 4K UHD. Each of these movies was filmed on 35mm and received a 2K DI for their standard Blu-ray release. The standard Blu-rays were plagued with problems common in early releases (DNR and EE) and never looked very good. The new 4K Ultra HD discs look noticeably better but there has been no confirmation from Universal on whether the negatives have been rescanned in 4K or they used the same 2K scan without 'enhancements'. As soon as Universal clarifies this page will be updated with the new information.
